Contact contact@dakprojects.co.uk. These terms explain use of the public DAK Projects website. A quotation, statement of work, software licence or separately agreed service terms govern the particular work or service supplied to a customer.
A project enquiry does not itself create a contract. Service scope, price, delivery and any cancellation arrangements are agreed before a paid service is commissioned. Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Using the website and accounts
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, rights and confidential information. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, distribute malware or extract private material.
Keep account credentials and private gallery links secure. Use only accounts and records you are authorised to access. Report a suspected account or gallery access problem to the contact address promptly. Access may be restricted where needed to protect the service, investigate misuse or meet a legal requirement.
Photographs, software and other content
Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the relevant owner. Public photograph credits use DavidAk. Viewing a photograph does not transfer ownership or give permission to reproduce, sell, train models on, or use it commercially.
Uploaded photographs, business records and client content remain the property of their owners. Upload only material you have authority to use and disclose. The hosted service needs permission to store, process and display that material for the requested service, including generating the requested gallery previews and downloads.
Download permissions set by a photographer control access through the service. The photographer’s agreed licence determines how a downloaded photograph may be used. Contact the owner before using material outside that permission.
Development services and availability
Product pages explain the features currently offered and identify work in development. They do not guarantee a release date, public access, an account allowance beyond an agreed plan, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
Keep your own authoritative source photographs and required business records. Service backups support recovery; they are not a substitute for the records or copies your business must keep.
Information on project management and technology describes services and experience. Project-specific professional advice, responsibilities and deliverables are set out in the relevant engagement.
Links and website information
External links are provided for convenience. The operator of an external website is responsible for its content and terms. A link is not an endorsement or a promise about availability.
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but it may change or contain errors. Contact DAK Projects before relying on a product description for a particular purchase or business requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy and concerns
The privacy policy explains information handling and your rights. The cookie policy explains browser storage and analytics choices. Browsing the site is not consent to optional tracking.
