Accessibility
Using DAK Projects and getting help when something creates a barrier.
Last reviewed 31 October 2026
A considered, usable website
DAK Projects aims to make its public website and hosted service interfaces usable with keyboards, screen readers and different screen sizes. Accessibility is part of ongoing development.
The public site uses semantic headings, labelled navigation, visible keyboard focus, text alongside link symbols and responsive layouts. The cookie notice is non-modal, provides equally prominent accept and reject controls, and allows choices to be changed from the footer. Privacy information remains available without JavaScript.
Current position
The website has not undergone an independent accessibility audit. This is not a claim of certified or complete WCAG conformance. New and changed interface work is assessed against relevant WCAG 2.2 AA criteria, with issues addressed as they are identified.
Client galleries contain photographs supplied by photographers. Alternative descriptions and the accessibility of material within those photographs depend on the content supplied. Downloaded documents and photographs may have accessibility limitations.
Report a barrier or request another format
Email contact@dakprojects.co.uk with the page address, the problem, your device or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help.
Do not include passwords, private gallery access links or sensitive client information in a public report. A secure way to investigate private content can be arranged where needed.
